Riddhe Wadhwa is the Founder Partner of RKW Advisors LLP, bringing over 12 years of rich and diverse experience in the fields of Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST). A seasoned finance and tax professional, she has been at the forefront of advising clients across a wide spectrum of industries on intricate tax matters, with a strong focus on GST compliance and litigation.

Her core competencies include representing clients in complex GST and income-tax assessments and appellate proceedings, demonstrating deep expertise in handling contentious tax matters. Riddhe is also adept at delivering strategic tax advisory, end-to-end compliance solutions, and financial reporting services tailored to the needs of corporates, startups, and SMEs.

In addition to her domestic practice, she has international exposure through assignments in U.S. accounting and UAE-based engagements, covering accounting, corporate tax, and VAT compliance. Her domain knowledge spans various sectors including textile manufacturing, oil and gas, leasing, and real estate, enabling her to offer comprehensive finance and compliance support across diverse operational landscapes.

Swapnil has over 13 years of work experience in direct tax and regulatory (incl. international taxation) for corporates and non corporates. 

He has executed and managed a number of tax advisory and compliance assignments with various entities such as large corporates, banks, Foreign Portfolio Investors, Non Banking Financial Companies, Insurance and finance companies. 

Swapnil has experience in advising foreign companies on aspects like entry strategy, tax due diligence, domestic and international taxation, cross-border taxation and devising tax-efficient ownership and operating structures. He has also undertaken representation before income tax / appellate authorities and worked on high end litigation for various clients. 

He specializes in regulatory licensing processes and has worked with various regulators in the course of undertaken regulatory assignments.

Shweta has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Tax & Regulatory services and Transfer Pricing. 

Her experience includes advising clients in various sectors, especially Financial Services and Information Technology, covering corporate-tax and transfer pricing issues, including structuring of investments into India (including capital structuring and jurisdictional structuring for intermediate companies), analyzing aspects such as permanent establishment, taxation of cross border transactions, general tax avoidance and related regulatory aspects. 

She also has extensive experience in tax and transfer pricing compliance and litigation. She has provided advisory and compliance services to domestic funds (AIFs) and foreign portfolio investors and also has vast experience in performing tax due diligence for large corporates as well as start-ups.

Mugdha holds over 12 years of experience in Deal Advisory (M&A and Private Equity Tax) and International taxation. She specializes in advising clients on transactions (buy / sell side) and reviewing the deal documents from tax perspective. Advised various clients including large Private Equity Funds and reputed infrastructure and real estate companies 

She has an extensive experience in structuring of investments into India (including capital structuring and jurisdictional structuring).

She has conducted direct tax due diligences (buy side / sell side) for proposed investment / divestment across various sectors such as Real Estate, Infrastructure etc. Advised various clients on domestic and international tax issues, tax planning, cross border transactions, investment structuring, business restructuring.
